Celestite cluster

Blue Celestite (also known as celestine) is a beautiful, soft, sky-blue mineral composed of strontium sulphate. 

Its name comes from the Latin word caelestis, meaning "celestial" or "heavenly," a reference to its delicate coloration.

It is a very soft 3 - 3.5 in the Mohs scale so take care with this piece and avoid contact with water. 

Blue celestite is a metaphysical stone associated with heavenly and angelic realms, believed to promote communication with angels, bring inner peace, and enhance clarity. Its gentle, calming energy is used to soothe fears, still a chaotic mind, and facilitate spiritual growth and higher consciousness.
